As a Product Specialist, you will play a vital role in representing our brand, connecting with healthcare professionals, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of market conversion and drive sales expansion in your assigned area.
- Identify customer needs and maximize sales opportunities through effective marketing and business development strategies.
- Conduct all sales activities with professionalism and integrity.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, and responses to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide pre- and post-sales training and support to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure continuous business growth.
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve shared goals.
- Bachelor's Degree in Science (fresh graduates with a passion for the pharmaceutical industry are encouraged to apply).
- 1–2 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
- Resourceful, analytical, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves engaging with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transportation, with willingness to travel.
