Reflo is a fast-growing Malaysian tumbler brand known for its unique designs, collectible series, and personalization options. We believe a tumbler is more than just a bottle — it is a lifestyle item that reflects identity, mood, and personal style.

The Influencer & Affiliate Executive plays a key role in this growth.

This position is responsible for expanding Reflo's TikTok presence by recruiting new creators, sending out sample products, and managing long-term relationships with affiliates. You will ensure our top creators stay engaged and motivated to promote Reflo products. This role directly contributes to Reflo's TikTok revenue and includes a basic salary + commission based on affiliate sales performance.

1. Influencer & Affiliate Recruitment

  • Identify TikTok creators who match Reflo's brand identity.
  • Conduct active outreach via TikTok DM, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Coordinate and arrange product sample dispatch.
  • Track all sample requests and follow-up progress accurately.

2. Relationship & Partnership Management

  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with creators.
  • Maintain communication with existing affiliates to keep them engaged.
  • Update affiliates about new designs, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Provide support and guidance to help them produce better content.

3. Campaign Coordination & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor affiliate video performance and recorded sales.
  • Identify high-performing affiliates and priority partners.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports for management.
  • Coordinate special affiliate campaigns during launches or promotions.

4. Administrative & Operational Tasks

  • Maintain tracking spreadsheets for influencer lists, samples, and performance.
  • Work closely with warehouse team for sample packing and delivery.
  • Follow up promptly after creator packages are delivered.
  • Ensure correct documentation and reporting.

5. Brand Representation

  • Communicate with creators professionally and warmly.
  • Represent Reflo's brand tone, values, and creative direction.
  • Encourage content styles that align with Reflo's brand image.

RequirementsMust-Have

  • Strong communication skills and pleasant personality.
  • Organized, meticulous, and reliable with follow-up.
  • Proactive and comfortable reaching out to creators.
  • Familiar with TikTok trends and influencer ecosystem.
  • Able to track multiple tasks and conversations simultaneously.

Good to Have

  • Experience in influencer marketing or affiliate programs.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce or TikTok Shop.
  • Ability to interpret content performance analytics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
