Sales Engineer

About Us:

Alton Intelligent Technology Sdn. Bhd. is wholly foreign-owned by Alton Industry Ltd. Group, a US-based global supplier of household products and industrial tools, with a total land area of 45.25 acres.

The base in Malaysia has established a comprehensive complex of six full-featured factories. These factories integrate motor assembly, sheet metal processing, injection moulding, general assembly lines, and automated intelligent warehousing.

In addition to the core production and storage areas, it also carefully designed a five-story modern office building, two three-story canteens and activity centers full of life, and four five-story dormitory buildings.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Coordinate with colleagues from the customer development department to receive and organize customer orders, and promptly enter them into the SAP order system to ensure timely order receipt and entry into the company's system.
2. Arrange for order reviews or communicate with production planning personnel of the corresponding product lines to schedule production, and provide the production start time and estimated shipping date.
3. If there are customization requirements for mass-produced products, communicate with the project department to follow up on the customization project until the product is successfully shipped and delivered.
4. Conduct regular finished goods inventory counts to ensure that the quantity ordered by JND matches the physical inventory.
5. Communicate periodically with production planning and quality personnel to gradually improve the on-time delivery rate of orders and the pass rate of finished goods quality.
6. Assist shipping and logistics in completing order deliveries to achieve the monthly order delivery rate targets.

Your Background & Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major is not limited.
2. Candidates with relevant experience in sales support will be given preference. However, applicants with a strong interest and willingness to work in sales support are also welcome to apply. Fresh graduates are encouraged to submit their applications.
3. Proficient in the operation and use of the SAP system to meet the work demands of timely order processing.
4. Possess strong cross-cultural communication skills, be familiar with business hospitality etiquette, and have a basic understanding of the current landscape of international trade.
5. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
