About the role

SMART IQ QURANIC CENTRE is seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join our team in Alor Setar, Kedah. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our office and facilities, ensuring a well-kept and professional environment for our staff and visitors.

What you'll be doing

1. Perform daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting all common areas
2. Restock and organise supplies in designated storage areas
3. Ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working order and report any issues or maintenance needs
4. Assist with setting up and breaking down for meetings or events as required
5. Provide exceptional customer service to staff and visitors
6. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar cleaning/maintenance role
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills
4. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
5. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
6. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
