What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Taking accurate food and drink orders, and ensuring timely delivery to guests
  • Providing recommendations on menu items and specials to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintaining a clean and well-stocked dining area, ensuring tables are set and ready for incoming guests
  • Handling cash and processing payments efficiently and accurately
  • Responding promptly to customer requests and addressing any concerns or issues
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure food is prepared and served to the highest standards
  • Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Food Server or in a similar customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good numerical skills and the ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
  • A positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6, RM7,000.00 per month
