Job Responsibilities:

  • Carry out modification and troubleshooting or diagnosing faults on the machines and equipment.
  • Promptly attend to process equipment and machinery failure for investigation and corrective action to ensure speedily restoration of normal plant production.
  • Supervising electricians to support work optimisation and ensure maintenance is kept in order.
  • Prepare and track all defects, expedite correction action plans and timely report.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to negotiate for parts and services at the lowest costs possible without comprising quality assurance of parts and services.
  • Perform automation projects any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
  • Troubleshoot machine breakdowns, provide preventive maintenance tasks based on system (JDE) and maintain optimal level of essential spare parts.
  • Seeks opportunity to synergize and sharing skills and knowledge among team members.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 2 years of relevant working experience; PLC and automation knowledge are preferred.
  • Fresh graduates who are passionate about PLC and automation are encouraged to apply.
