About the Role

We're seeking a 
Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator
 to join our marketing team and play a key role in shaping the digital voice of 
Kay's Steak & Lobster
 and other brands under Nasaa Capital.

You'll be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content that captures our brand story, builds our community, and drives sales. From ideating viral campaigns to managing social channels, you'll be hands-on in bringing our digital presence to life.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content (photo, video, captions) across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Execute and monitor marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with our creative and operations teams to produce content that aligns with brand identity and business goals.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics; prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Plan and coordinate events, promotions, and influencer collaborations to boost brand visibility.
  • Stay updated with the latest social trends, tools, and algorithms — and translate them into creative brand opportunities.

Who You Are

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Highly creative with a strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and brand alignment.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Confident with social media tools (Meta Suite, TikTok Business, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
  • Able to analyze social media data to make informed marketing decisions.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced F&B environment.
  • Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a 
    plus

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
