The Role

As our Digital Sales Manager, you will take the lead in driving sales performance and shaping the future growth of our agency. Based in Petaling Jaya, you'll manage and inspire a sales team, build strong client relationships, and close meaningful deals that make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Generate and qualify leads, then convert them into long-term clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities across industries
  • Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align campaigns with sales goals
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform business decisions

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Background in the digital consultancy or technology industry (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
