Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 1.0 / 2.x, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
  • Build and maintain RESTlets, Suitelets, User Event scripts, Client Scripts, Scheduled and Map/Reduce scripts to support custom business processes.
  • Design and implement API-based integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems using SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST), JSON, and XML.
  • Develop automation solutions to streamline and optimize business operations.
  • Participate in system architecture discussions to ensure scalability, performance, and NetSuite best practices.
  • Work with functional consultants to convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues in NetSuite scripts, integrations, and related systems.
  • Support data migration activities, including CSV imports, Saved Searches, and SuiteAnalytics (SuiteQL).
  • Use SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) to deploy, version, and manage scripts and custom components.

Required Technical Skills

  • Expert-level proficiency in SuiteScript 1.0 & 2.x (User Event, Client, Suitelet, Map/Reduce, Scheduled scripts).
  • Strong experience building RESTlets, SuiteTalk SOAP/REST integrations, and end-to-end API workflows.
  • Deep understanding of NetSuite's data model, record types, governance limits, and system architecture.
  • Practical experience using SDF for development, deployment, and version control.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, JSON/XML, and data transformation logic.
  • Familiarity with integration platforms such as Celigo, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with CSV imports, Saved Searches, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteQL.
  • Knowledge of error handling, performance optimization, and script governance management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM18, RM20,000.00 per month
