Job Responsibilities :

  • General accounting duties including updating, filling, and recording.
  • Perform account data entry and account payable task in accounting system.
  • To liaise with relevant parties on any discrepancy in the Invoice or incompleteness of supporting document.
  • To follow up closely with the relevant parties on related documents submission status.
  • Reconciliation of vendor statement with aging.
  • Assist in system E-invoice set up (collect customer & vendor data, update code and filling.
  • Prepare payment voucher and TT remittance for supplier payment.
  • Prepare BNM quarter analysis report.
  • Other duties which may be assigned by the Financial Controller.

Job Requirements :

  • LCCI/Certificate/Diploma In Accounting or Professional Certificate
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing industry. Familiar with LMW practice will be advantage.
  • Able to work independently and willing to learn.
  • Computer literate (ERP/SAP accounting system, Excel, Words).
  • Meticulous with good interpersonal skills.
  • Working location at Kawasan Perindustrian Tebrau IV, Johor Bahru.
