Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the creative team.
  • Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all platforms.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, product launches, packaging, digital content, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate business goals into strong visual strategies.
  • Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and layouts before final production.
  • Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and creative tools.
  • Manage project timelines, creative budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering creativity and professional growth.
  • Research and develop product looks.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as informed by superior/management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in creative design, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity across multiple platforms (digital, print, video, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong eye for detail and design aesthetics.
  • Creative and detail-oriented person.
  • Able to communicate effectively.
  • Work well in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: RM3, RM8,000.00 per month
