Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Director. The Marketing Director will oversee the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing and sales initiatives. Daily tasks include managing marketing teams, conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The role also involves identifying opportunities for market growth and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Market Planning, Market Research, and understanding market dynamics
  • Strong experience in Marketing Management and overall Marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of Sales processes and their integration into marketing efforts
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to analyze data to inform strategies and drive results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in digital marketing and working in remote environments is a plus
