About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and creative Art Director to lead our design and visual direction across all marketing and branding projects. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals that align with our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative concepts and visual strategies for campaigns, advertisements, and digital content.
Lead and guide the design team to produce high-quality visuals and layouts.
Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and production teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics.
Stay updated with design trends, technologies, and tools to enhance creative output.
Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining creative excellence.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in design or creative direction.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Ability to think strategically and deliver visually compelling solutions.
