Job Responsibility
Human Resources

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS systems.
  • Administer monthly payroll, allowances, leave, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB).
  • Ensure full compliance with Employment Act 1955 and other employment-related laws.
  • Provide guidance to management and employees on labor law, statutory regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Draft, review, and implement HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Support performance management, appraisal, and training programs.
  • Handle employee relations including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and management updates.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and company culture initiatives.

Administration

  • Oversee general office administration, supplies, and facilities management.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
  • Support management with other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelorâs Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR and administrative functions, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, EA 1955, and HR compliance practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS / payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and confidentiality.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin (added advantage).
