Role Description
The Compensation & Benefits Manager is responsible for developing and managing competitive salary structures and employee benefit programs to support talent retention and business goals. This role also ensures payroll accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations while providing strategic insights to improve total rewards offerings.
Job Requirements
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- achelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR administration.
- Strong track record in C&B package upgrades and long-term reward design is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of regional labour laws and compensation practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Partner with the Global C&B personnel to provide regional input and market intelligence to support the design of global reward policies and practices.
- Ensure alignment of local initiatives with overarching global total rewards strategy.
- Assist with review and enhancement of compensation frameworks, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Conduct regular benchmarking using market data to support salary structures and incentive design.
- Evaluate and recommend upgrades to existing compensation packages across job levels and functions.
- Analyse usage and feedback data to recommend enhancements aligned with employee needs and business priorities.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of long-term incentive plans in collaboration with global stakeholders.
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic reward initiatives that support talent retention and succession planning.
- Ensure all compensation and benefits practices are compliant with local laws and global standards
- Deliver regular reports on compensation and benefits metrics, cost analysis, and program effectiveness.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends and benchmarking results.
