About the Role

A newly established company in the iGaming industry is looking for passionate and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialists to support its growing operations. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic startup environment, where you'll contribute directly to building a strong and talented workforce from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Track recruitment progress and ensure monthly hiring targets are met.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with different teams.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in
    Mandarin and English
