We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) to join us. The Project Executive will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects related to medical services, events, business expansion, and research initiatives. This role requires strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and efficient execution to ensure projects meet business objectives within the given timeline and budget.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Industrial & Organisational Psychology is a bonus), Project Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English.

Added Advantage

  • Experience in project management preferably in healthcare, research, or event planning.
  • Experience in medical or child development settings.
  • Knowledge of government regulations and compliance requirements in healthcare and research.
  • Background in business development or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, and risk assessment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or other project management tools.
