Job Responsibilities:

Human Resources Support

  • Maintain and update employee records and files.
  • Support onboarding processes such as preparing documents and coordinating with new hires.
  • Monitor employee attendance (daily timesheet) and manage leave records.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities and internal events.

Administration Support

  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and inventory tracking.
  • Support office operations, stationery management, and vendor coordination.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the HR & Admin team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be currently pursuing Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Highly organized and great at prioritizing, multi-tasking and follow-up.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
