HR & Admin Intern

Job Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support
- Maintain and update employee records and files.
- Support onboarding processes such as preparing documents and coordinating with new hires.
- Monitor employee attendance (daily timesheet) and manage leave records.
- Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities and internal events.
Administration Support
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and inventory tracking.
- Support office operations, stationery management, and vendor coordination.
- Provide day-to-day support to the HR & Admin team as needed.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be currently pursuing Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or equivalent.
- Highly organized and great at prioritizing, multi-tasking and follow-up.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
