Key Responsibilities

HRIS Systems Management

  • Update and maintain accurate staff movement and records in HRIS for payroll and reporting purposes.

HR Communications

  • Track employee contracts, probation periods, transfers, resignations, and new hires to ensure timely communication and documentation.

Document & Filing Management

  • Maintain organized, compliant employee records and HR documents (physical and electronic).
  • Prepare and issue employee movement and offer letters.
  • Ensure compliance with the latest LHDN e-Stamping requirements for all employment-related documents (e.g., offer letters, movement letters).

Job Types: Contract, Internship, Student job
