Job Scope
  • Prepare and issue accurate quotations based on instructions from the designer.
  • Handle client communication, including replying to WhatsApp and scheduling appointments.
  • Support the sales process by managing invoices, progress billings, and basic documentation.
  • Compile and organise contractor quotations to help track and control project costs.
  • Assist in maintaining proper records and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales and design teams.

Requirements
  • Able to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and data management).
  • Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Interest in learning about the interior design and cabinetry industry (opportunity to grow into sales or project roles).
