Job Description

We are seeking qualified teachers who are passionate about education to join our dynamic teaching team. Aside from having a love for teaching and willingness to work with learners from diverse cultural backgrounds, you should also be able to adapt to using various digital learning and operating tools.

This year, we are launching our Reception Class which seeks to nurture children between the ages of 4 -5 years. We are seeking qualified Malaysian teachers who are passionate about education to join our dynamic teaching team. Aside from having a love for teaching and willingness to work with learners from diverse cultural backgrounds, you should also be able to adapt to using various digital learning and operating tools.

Responsibilities (Kindergarten Teacher)

· Create a safe, joyful, and nurturing classroom where our students will feel loved and valued.

· Support children's early development in literacy, counting, creativity, and social-emotional skills.

· Plan fun, engaging, and age-appropriate lessons that spark curiosity and imagination.

· Be a role model of patience, kindness, and positivity.

· Stay updated with current teaching practices and curriculum developments.

· Communicate warmly with parents about their child's progress and growth.

· Work closely with colleagues and the school community.

· Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.

· Uphold the school's policies, values, and safeguarding standards.

Responsibilities (Primary/Secondary Teacher)

· Plan, prepare, and implement lesson plans according to the IGCSE curriculum.

· Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students of various age groups and proficiency levels.

· Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and learning.

· Assess student progress, prepare regular reports, and provide constructive feedback.

· Stay updated with current teaching practices and curriculum developments.

· Work closely with colleagues, parents, and the school community.

· Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.

· Uphold the school's policies, values, and safeguarding standards.

Requirements

· Candidates have full working rights for Malaysia.

· Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related field.

· Minimum one [1] year of teaching experience.

· Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.

· Reasonably proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

· Team player with strong organisational skills.

· Flexibility and adaptability in a multicultural environment.
