About the role

EMBRACE CLINIC is seeking a dedicated Clinic Nurse or Assistant to join our growing team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operations of our healthcare facility and ensuring our patients receive the best possible care. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the healthcare industry and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming patients, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact
  2. Scheduling and managing patient appointments, ensuring efficient flow and minimising wait times
  3. Maintaining accurate patient records and updating medical charts as required
  4. Preparing examination rooms and ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and ready for patient visits
  5. Assisting clinicians during patient consultations and procedures as needed & postnatal round visit (onsite)
  6. Handling basic administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and inventory management
  7. Providing excellent customer service and addressing patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

What we're looking for

  1. Diploma or equivalent/ minimal SPM level
  2. Previous experience as a clinic assistant will be an advantage
  3. Good communication skills and able to speak fluently in english, malay or even mandarin
  4. Responsible and dedicated to duty
  5. Proficiency in using office equipment and clinic system
  6. Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine interest in providing high-quality patient care
