Receptionist Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or meeting area.
- Professionally manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Uphold office security by monitoring access and adhering to safety protocols.
- Administer employee access (registrations, cancellations, and updates).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and pantry area.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and availability.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed.
Administrative Duties
- Oversee office maintenance, including renovation, repairing works, etc
- Manage inventory of office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Supervise third-party service providers (cleaning, maintenance, etc.).
- Track and file office expenses and reimbursement claims.
- Assist in maintaining employee attendance records and generating reports.
- Support HR in organizing onboarding, training sessions, company events, and etc.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification.
- Prior experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Maintains a professional and polished appearance.
