Position: Personal Finance Advisor (Bank Channel)

As a Personal Finance Advisor, you will work within a bank setting to provide professional insurance and financial planning guidance to customers. Your role includes conducting personalised consultations, recommending protection solutions, and delivering a high standard of service. Key Responsibilities

  • Advise walk-in and existing customers on insurance solutions
  • Identify financial protection needs through detailed consultations
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships over time

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Candidates from all professional sectors are encouraged to apply
  • Personal Finance Advisor (Trainee):
  • SPM/STPM with minimum 3 years work experience
  • Diploma with less than 1 year experience
  • Senior Advisor (Trainee): Degree with less than 1 year experience
  • Senior Advisor: Degree with 2 or more years of related experience

  • Basic salary between RM 2,600 and RM 10,000 depending on experience and role level
