We Are Hiring:

We are in the lookout for dynamic individuals to join our
team as
Senior Executive, Data Analytics. This is a contract role of 1 year.
In this role, you will be a key contributor in the areas as follows:

  • Support core reinsurance system configuration, including setup for new business arrangements and transitioning to systemized processes.
  • Migrate existing confirmed data into the core reinsurance system, perform necessary data manipulation to meet system requirements, and conduct testing for data validation.
  • Administer and verify reinsurance data by updating in-hand tracking, booking statements, and preparing premium invoices in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information internally and externally in relation to reinsurance data and premium processing.
  • Support data analytic tasks including data cleaning, transformation, and visualization for analysis and experience studies.
  • Analyze premium trends and ensure data accuracy to improve overall data quality and integrity.
  • Ensure premium bookings are performed accurately within timeline and planned targets.
  • Create spreadsheets for data validation and improve operational efficiency through automation initiatives.

Your application will stand out if you have:

  • Degree in Mathematics, Financial Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science/IT, or related disciplines, with at least 3 years of experience in data analysis; insurance industry experience is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Python or R, Power BI, and experienced with Microsoft Excel and Access, including VBA and VLOOKUP.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, and a strong affinity for numbers.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently under tight deadlines and pressure.
  • A self-motivated team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading and guiding team members.
