Job Overview

INFINITY8 is a fast-growing co-working space brand in Malaysia. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Community Associate to handle day-to-day branch operations and support our community of co-workers in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily branch operations to ensure a smooth co-working experience
  • Assist with administrative tasks including invoicing, contract preparation, issuing receipts and other documents
  • Ensure operational maintenance of branch equipment (hardware & software) and coordinate timely servicing
  • Assist Sales team by providing branch tours, understanding customer needs, and supporting lead conversions
  • Support event department in community event planning & execution
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers and assist in problem-solving when required
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Operation Manager
