In this role, you'll be instrumental in combining Key Account Servicing, Office Management responsibilities and Business Support. You'll also provide hands on delivery support to our leadership, managing everything from office administration and executive support to business travel, events, and facility management. How You'll Help Us Grow

As a Business Support Executive, you will:

Key Account Servicing

  • Provide oversight and guidance on order management processes (POs to fulfilment).
  • Maintain oversight of customer interactions and ensure smooth handover of day-to-day operational tasks, stepping in for escalation management when required.
  • Focus primarily on business reviews, pricing proposals, rebate monitoring, and key account relationship management.

Office Management/Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations (reception, supplies, maintenance, vendors, and document control, and general office administrative tasks) to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.
  • Manage receptionist and office administrative staff.
  • Provide calendar, travel, and administrative support to senior leaders.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics for employees and visitors.
  • Oversee office facility needs such as space planning, lease agreements, and compliance.

Business Support

  • Assist with business tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting to support operational decision-making.
  • Support preparation of business updates, presentations, and communications across teams.
  • Ensure smooth flow of information, alignment of business plans, and continuity of execution.
  • Manage/facilitate the transition of Intercompany transfer to Japan, China, etc.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional with strong communication and analytical skills, proven experience in managing office administration, capable of driving business continuity and supporting commercial execution.

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor's Degree Qualifications.
  • Knowledge and Experience managing customer operations.
  • Possess strong Excel, data management and analytical skills.
  • Excellence communication Influence & Presentation Skill.
  • English Language.
