Farm Supervisor

The Farm Supervisor is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the fish farm while providing administrative, communication, and translation support to the Management. This role bridges farm management and executive coordination, requiring strong leadership, bilingual communication skills, and a hands-on approach to farm operations.

• Oversee all fish farm operations, including feeding, water quality monitoring, harvesting, and general farm maintenance.
• Supervise and coordinate farm workers' daily activities, ensuring productivity and adherence to SOPs.
• Monitor fish health, growth performance, and mortality rates; report findings promptly to the Management.
• Ensure compliance with biosecurity, environmental, and safety standards.
• Maintain proper records of stock, feed usage, chemical applications, and farm production data.
• Assist in implementing new technologies, farming systems, and trial projects introduced by the Management.
• Liaise with government departments or authorities for farm permits, environmental approvals, and licensing matters.

• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and yield.

• Coordinate meetings, site visits, and communications as directed by the Management.

• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, letters, and other documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for the Management and visiting technical teams.
• Handle confidential correspondence and maintain discretion at all times.
• Follow up on project updates, operational tasks, and reports assigned by the Management to ensure timely completion.
• Provide administrative support such as document translation, scheduling, filing, and data compilation.
