Job Summary :

To provide IT professional service to Venture group companies and Support day-to-day system operations. Responsible for system governance, getting user's requirement, system/design improvement, system development, and audit compliance.

Job Description :

1.     Provide SAP functional core expertise in SD module. MM knowledge is an advantage.

2.     Well Versed with SD / OTC module Masters, Tables, Configuration, User Exits & BAPI.

3.     Good Knowledge in the interfaces with external systems using IDOC, XML and Flat File. Ariba experience is an advantage.

4.     Manage SAP Day-to-Day Support tickets and ensure ticket closure & deliverable within agreed SLA.

5.     Responsible for successful delivery of Change Request.

6.     Responsible for business requirement gathering, system design and providing solution to fulfil business requirement, and ensuring integration with other applications.

7.     Manage Deliverable documents (business blueprint, business flow diagram, functional specification, configuration, business process procedure and training documents to detailed the business requirements)

8.     Responsible in validating test script and user coordination.

9.     Proactively propose system & process improvement.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

1.     Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.

2.     Minimum 3 years of SD hands-on experience in SAP ECC6 Support and at least one end-to-end implementation cycle.

3.     Strong in SD/OTC module with working experience in supporting users.

4.     Prior experience in S4/Hana would be an advantage.

5.     Analytical and have good sense in business process & troubleshooting.

6.     Ability to communicate with people of all levels in the organization.

7.     Able to work independently.

8.     Willing to travel to support subsidiaries in regional countries if required.
