Contact Centre Executive

This will be for inbound call center with a leading bank to support international markets through inbound calls regarding services and complaints.
Requirements:
- Proficient in speaking English or any additional language such as Mandarin/ Cantonese is added advantage.
- Open to fresh graduate or experienced candidates. SPM and above
- Comfortable to speak and assists both, local and international customers from Australia, US etc
- Able to work on a rotational shift, weekend and public holidays if assigned to work on that day
- 5 working days per week with 2 consecutive rest day off
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
