Roles and Responsibility:

  1. To manage projects on site which covers project on time, procurement, supervise crews and task allocation, reporting and mitigate problem arise with solutions to ensure operations carried smoothly.

  2. Always ensure project are carried out within the set budget, any deviation need to update superior immediate.

  3. Communicate with client/project manager on needs and issues.

  4. Manpower/Resources planning during operations, anticipate and seek superior approval on manpower planning.

  5. To maintain upkeep of workshop, company vehicle and tools in good condition at all times. Must be ready use condition when needed.

  6. To maintain inventory management for tools and machinery and need to updated every 6 months period.

  7. Carry out marketing plan for new client approach for new business opportunity.

  8. Prepare preliminary quotation/proposal for project and finalize with superior for endorsement.

  9. Project documentation management and service reporting.

  10. To oversee outsource procurement job (Material or service), getting multiple quotes for effective selection.

  11. Familiarize with workshop machinery, usage, troubleshooting, related consumables stock.

  12. Familiarize with precision tools, usage, calibration and record keeping.

  13. Prepare progress claim,follow up with clients on progress claim and approval for administrative processing.

  14. Discuss with superior in case of any discrepancy, deviation or argument in project specification and execution plan.

  15. Report to immediate superior for day to day work progress update

Requirement

  1. Diploma or Degree in mechanical engineering or 3 years experience in related field.

  2. Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.

  3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  4. Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.

  5. A valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
