Job description:

  • Issuing sales transaction invoices.
  • Processing and verifying orders and payments details.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Compiling monthly sales reports, consignment reports and wages/commissions.
  • Expediting orders through internal liaison with production and delivery departments.
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
  • Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
  • Supporting the sales and event department with other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma.
  • Previous experience in sales administration/coordinator, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
