About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the creative team at GABM Sdn Bhd as a Graphic Designer cum Digital Marketer. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing visually engaging designs across a range of digital and print platforms. Working closely with the marketing team, you will play a key role in elevating the brand's online presence and driving digital campaigns that captivate our audience in Malaysia.

What you'll be doing

  1. Creating compelling visual content such as social media graphics, video editing, contents, website assets, marketing collateral and advertisements
  2. Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualise and deliver digital marketing campaigns that align with the brand's overall strategy
  3. Ensuring brand consistency across all visual touchpoints through the development and application of brand guidelines
  4. Staying up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of your work
  5. Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver high-quality designs that meet their requirements
  6. Providing design support for various projects and initiatives as needed

What we're looking for

  1. A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field
  2. 2-3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with exposure to digital marketing and social media
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and composition
  5. Familiarity with digital marketing best practices, including social media, email and web design
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  8. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design and digital marketing trends
