We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven intern to join our team. This internship will offer exposure to a variety of areas, including clinic management, business development, and marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in healthcare administration, mental health, and business.

Job Summary:

As an intern at Chengal Centre, you will gain hands-on experience in clinic operations, business development, and marketing. You will work closely with our founders, assisting in key projects across these areas while gaining valuable skills that will prepare you for a future career in healthcare or business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinic Management Support:
  • Assist with day-to-day operations, including appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and inventory management.
  • Business Development:
  • Contribute to identifying new business opportunities and participate in corporate mental wellness programs. Help strategize and develop ways to improve clinic services and expand patient outreach.
  • Marketing Assistance:
  • Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote clinic services, including social media management, content creation, and community engagement.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Provide general administrative support such as data entry, document preparation, and organizing meetings or events.
  • Project Involvement:
  • Participate in special projects related to business development, and mental health initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese (again, we are not racist pls ), as well as English.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in mental health and entrepreneurship.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Creative thinking and a willingness to contribute new ideas.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace tools and savvy with social media.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality, especially in research and clinical settings.
