About the Role

Lead Learning Transformation Across Southeast Asia

We're looking for a strategic, tech-driven leader to redefine learning operations and build a digital-first ecosystem that delivers speed, efficiency, and impact. This is your opportunity to shape the future of L&D through technology, automation, and innovation.

Purpose of the Role

Drive operational excellence and innovation by leading a high-performing team, leveraging technology, AI, and automation to deliver seamless learner experiences, accurate reporting, and scalable solutions across Southeast Asia.

What You'll Do

• Lead & Inspire: Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Optimize Operations: Oversee end-to-end learning operations—platforms, learner support, compliance, reporting, vendor management, and program delivery across multiple countries.
• Enable Technology: Champion automation and digital tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Leverage Data: Use analytics to track impact, predict trends, and personalize learner journeys.
• Innovate Continuously: Introduce new solutions to elevate learner engagement and experience.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5–7 years in L&D operations, with 2+ years in leadership; regional exposure preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in LMS, automation tools, AI-driven solutions, and data analytics; excellent stakeholder management across diverse cultures and ability to lead multiple projects under tight timelines
• Mindset: Agile, innovative, and passionate about driving transformation.
• Education: Bachelor's in HR, Business, or Tech; advanced certifications a plus
