YOUR ROLE

  • Team leadership: Lead, train, and manage an audit team to deliver high-quality audits effectively & efficiently.
  • Audit execution: Plan and conduct audits of customers / distribution channels, systems, and financial records to assess their accuracy and compliance.
  • Risk management: Identify and assess potential risks within distribution channels and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Financial oversight: Review financial statements and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present clear & comprehensive audit reports that include practical, actionable, and value-added recommendations.
  • Stakeholder management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business, internal audit, Sales teams and Trade compliance to discuss audit findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the company and its distribution practices comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • ST Strategy: The incumbent shall be responsible for overseeing and executing audits of distribution channels and customers to ensure the financial accuracy and operational compliance in line with the respective agreements which have been signed with ST group to make sure that the commitment made has been fully adhered to.

Your Skills & Experiences

  • Certification ACCA, CPA
  • Bachelor in Accountancy/Finance or other related field
  • Working experience from a Big4.
  • Extensive knowledge & experience of Distributor/Customer Audit function.
