Key Responsibilities:

Store Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

Sales & Operations Management: Oversee all daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Drive sales and meet revenue targets through effective merchandising, inventory management, and promotional strategies.

Customer Experience: Ensure every customer interaction is positive and memorable. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Financial & Administrative Duties: Manage store budgets, shift arrangment, and cash handling procedures. Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for toys, collectibles, and pop culture.
  • Proven at least 1 year experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of motivating and developing staff.
  • Excellent business acumen with an understanding of retail key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer software.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
