Job Description:

  • Drive and achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Master all product knowledge for each category.
  • Discover and understand customers needs and wants.
  • Explain functions and quality of products to the customers.
  • Provide hints and guidance to customers to explore various product categories.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty to the brand.
  • Strive to deliver top notch customer shopping experience.
  • Always put forth the best image and pleasant personality to the customer.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Restock items and stock count.
  • Any ad hoc work instructed by the Store Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
  • Passion for fashion.
  • Pleasant personality and well-groomed.
  • Willingness to learn and improve.
  • Able to work shifts and weekends.
