Job Description

  • To conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and electrical component to prevent production down-time.
  • To ensure plant, equipment and machineries are in maintenance good order with proper checking to avoid unexpected problems.
  • To perform a wide variety of general building machinery and equipment maintenance repairs and services.
  • To ensure all maintenance duties are completed within the time frame.
  • To work with contractors as assigned to ensure that work is completed according to specifications.
  • To responds to emergency calls , reviews nature of problem and either performs maintenance repair or contacts immediate superior to resolve the problem.
  • Responsible for alerting the superiors of any unusual occurrence and / or damage that have taken place or that may occur.

  • To assist in diagnosing breakdown problems related to the equipments and machineries.

  • Requirements

  • Possess at least SPM/Diploma or professional certificate in Mechanical/Electricial/Industrial E ngineering or equivalent.
  • 1 - 2 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and flexible approach to work.
  • Able to work on shift rotating.
