About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager, Corporate Planning to join our team at AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd'. This is a full-time role based in our Bangsar South office in Kuala Lumpur. In this strategic position, you will play a key role in shaping the company's long-term vision and driving our ambitious growth plans.

Main Purpose of Job

  • Lead the Corporate Planning department to deliver the corporate project and initiative in line with company policy and mid-term plan

  • Support Head of Division in the execution of corporate exercise and group project/ initiatives

Principles of Responsibilities & Duties

  • Expansion of business domain, new business research, joint venture and merger and acquisition exploration

  • Undertake corporate exercise or group project/ initiatives including obtain Board/EC's approval, liaising with consultant/ advisor, task force and project management

  • Develop group corporate strategy to enhance market visibility and liquidity

  • Develop market and economy analysis to support strategy planning

  • Develop internal database to support strategy planning

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a strategic planning or consulting role, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful corporate strategies and business plans
  • Proficient in financial modelling, data analysis, and performance management
  • Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is preferred
  • Passionate about driving innovation and continuous improvement in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
