We are looking for an experienced Wok Chef (CDP or Demi level) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has minimum 5 years of experience in wok cooking and strong knowledge of Asian cuisine.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook all wok dishes according to company recipes and standards.
  • Ensure quality, taste, and presentation are consistent for every dish.
  • Handle wok operations during peak service with speed and accuracy.
  • Manage daily mise-en-place and ensure all ingredients are ready.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the wok station at all times.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Head Chef.
  • Assist in training junior kitchen staff when needed.
  • Follow all kitchen SOPs, safety, and hygiene requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years experience in Wok/Chinese/Asian cuisine.
  • Strong wok handling, heat control, and stir-fry skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
