Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understanding of front-office and clinical module and processes flow within the healthcare industry.
  • Assist in the implementation of software solutions for new or existing facilities, ensuring seamless integration with current workflows.
  • Provide hands-on support during the deployment of clinical modules, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Create and execute comprehensive test cases to validate system functionality and performance.
  • Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document results, and provide insights for system improvement.
  • Perform impact analysis on services (e.g., lab, radiology, dialysis) and ensure smooth multi-system integration with the Hospital Information System (HIS).
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) and review detailed user requirements and collaborate with product owners.
  • Develop user guides, conduct training sessions, and provide refresher training as needed.
  • Deliver training for new features and enhancements in the system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners and the software development team, to address UAT-related issues.
  • Recommend best practices for workflow improvements and introduce innovative ideas to optimize system usage.
  • Collaborate in the development and enhancement of business processes, focusing on the optimization of clinical modules.
  • Identify gaps between user requirements and current system outputs, particularly in clinical workflows, and propose solutions.
  • Ensure monthly and yearly KPIs are met.
  • Support team initiatives by accomplishing related tasks, contributing to shared goals, and driving the overall success of projects and system implementations.
  • Be willing and available to travel nationally and internationally as required to software implementation, user training, and other project-related activities.

Qualification and Education Requirement

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing or a related medical field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Exposure to IT-related disciplines and project delivery is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a quick-learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies, systems, and processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset and a strong approach to knowledge sharing.
  • Learning ability and knowledge sharing approach swift understanding of technologies and new processes
  • Must possess a valid Malaysian driving license and be willing to travel frequently within Malaysia and internationally as required.
