Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Manage daily office operations, including documentation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and job sheets for tinting services.
  • Maintain an organized schedule for installation jobs and follow up with customers.
  • Monitor stock levels for tint films, tools, and consumables; coordinate with suppliers for orders.
  • Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed within the branch.

Accounting & Finance

  • Record daily sales, payments, and petty cash transactions accurately.
  • Perform data entry in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or QuickBooks).
  • Reconcile cash, bank, and inventory records.
  • Prepare monthly financial summaries, sales reports, and expense claims.

Customer & Operation Support

  • Assist sales team in issuing quotations, receipts, and warranties for tint jobs.
  • Follow up on customer payments and outstanding invoices.
  • Coordinate warranty claims or product returns with suppliers.
  • Support marketing and promotion activities when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in admin or accounting role (experience in automotive industry is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
