Project Manager (semiconductor/ automation)

Overview

Looking for a Project Manager to oversee full project lifecycles — from initiation to closure — ensuring timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The role requires strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills, and reports to the Project Management Office (PMO).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project execution, including proposals, planning, and delivery.
  • Coordinate internal and external kick-off and review meetings.
  • Communicate regularly with customers and provide project status updates.
  • Supervise design, build, and resource allocation to meet project milestones.
  • Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Track and document changes, decisions, and action items.
  • Prepare project reports, dashboards, and closeout reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering and operations.
  • Travel locally and internationally when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 5–8 years of project management experience in automation or equipment manufacturing.
  • Experience in AMHS, ASRS, or system integration preferred.
  • PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification required.
  • Proficient in project management tools, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
  • Capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
