Summary:

Responsible for delivering Level 2 and Level 3 technical support across the organisation. This includes advanced troubleshooting, infrastructure support, user access management, and system performance optimisation. The role requires strong diagnostic capabilities, autonomy in managing IT incidents, and the ability to support network and server environments under the direction of the Head of IT. The incumbent also provides in-house technical services to reduce vendor reliance and ensure continuous operations across HQ and branch offices.

Job Responsibility:

  1. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  2. Perform root cause analysis and resolution for recurring IT problems.
  3. Administer user accounts, permission controls, and endpoint configurations.
  4. Support Windows OS, email clients, antivirus platforms, and network printers.
  5. Monitor network connectivity and server health; escalate critical issues with documented impact.
  6. Assist in deployment of updates, patches, and system upgrades.
  7. Document standard operating procedures, FAQs, and support workflows.
  8. Deliver in-house technical services for diagnostics, repair, system tuning, and user training with minimal reliance on vendors.
  9. Collaborate with external vendors and escalate tickets when third-party intervention is needed.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Minimum 1–4 years of experience in IT support, including demonstrated handling of Level 2 and Level 3 issues.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced support for OS, endpoint management, patching, user access, basic server and network troubleshooting, in-house support system, Microsoft 365, Level 2–3 ticket resolution.
  • Holds any cybersecurity professional certification and/or any network professional certification (e.g. Cisco Certified Network Associate, International Information System Security Certification, Fortinet Certified Associate in Cybersecurity)
