Qualifications & experience

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Required skill: Microsoft office & Excel, SQL Payroll
  • Preferable speak and written in English & BM

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Perform general support for F&B operation duties
  • Process purchase requests from purchase list, follow up with the arriving, inform users if variance happens, take correction action or find alternatives
  • Responsibility of HR- related tasks, such as maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, new employee onboarding, preparing monthly salary, submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB
  • Assist with accounting tasks, such as processing staff claims & OT, tracking expenses, tracking account receivable, filling
  • Prepare monthly report
  • To execute ad-hoc duties when required
