  • Manage all communication with manufacturing and technical departments for new product development.
  • Constantly review distributor's performance.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of international sales experience, preferably in plastics, packaging, or a related industry.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Strong budget management, target setting, and costing skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with good communication and writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain and develop new client relationships.
  • Able to work cross departments and communicate effectively and get the joint agreement when there is misalignment.
