Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and staff claims.
- Handle daily accounting operations, including data entry, journal postings, and maintenance of general ledger.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, document handling, and coordination tasks.
- Assist in completing month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and ensure timely settlement of accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts.
- Maintain precise financial records while supporting accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Carry out daily general administrative duties and routine office tasks.
Qualifications:
- Working Location : Johor Bahru or Kuala Lumpur — candidate may choose preferred location
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Preferable to have 2 to 3 years of accounting and/or audit experience.
- Have knowledge on SQL Accounting system will be added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
- Capable of multitasking, self-motivated, hardworking, confident, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & English is required; the ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
