Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and staff claims.
  2. Handle daily accounting operations, including data entry, journal postings, and maintenance of general ledger.
  3. Perform general administrative duties including filing, document handling, and coordination tasks.
  4. Assist in completing month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  5. Perform monthly bank reconciliation and ensure timely settlement of accounts.
  6. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts.
  7. Maintain precise financial records while supporting accounts payable and receivable activities.
  8. Carry out daily general administrative duties and routine office tasks.

Qualifications:

  1. Working Location : Johor Bahru or Kuala Lumpur — candidate may choose preferred location
  2. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  3. Preferable to have 2 to 3 years of accounting and/or audit experience.
  4. Have knowledge on SQL Accounting system will be added advantage.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  6. A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
  7. Capable of multitasking, self-motivated, hardworking, confident, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
  8. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & English is required; the ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
