Job Title: Service Crew

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly Service crew who is fluent in English to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, friendly welcome.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
  • Communicate with guests in Mandarin and English, assisting with any inquiries.
  • Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess station and reception area.
  • Provide information about the restaurant, menu, and special promotions.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Assist with takeout orders and other guest services as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hostess, front desk, or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, Resy, or similar).
  • Knowledge of additional (Mandarin speaker) languages is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest concerns gracefully.
