What you'll be doing?
  • Cost Control & Financial Audit: Review expenses, monitor budget vs actual spending, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Operational Efficiency: Assess productivity, evaluate staffing efficiency, and recommend workflow improvements.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit compliance with regulations, and conduct conflict-of-interest checks.
  • Revenue Assurance: Verify sales, audit billing systems, and ensure correct revenue recognition.
  • Risk & Fraud Prevention: Conduct surprise audits, detect fraud, and establish whistleblower mechanisms.
  • Strategic Reporting: Deliver quarterly audit reports, highlight cost leakages, and act as an early warning system.
Who are they looking for?
  • Qualifications: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications preferred.
  • Experience: 7-10 years in internal audit, finance, or cost control. Prior exposure to multi-industry groups.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong financial acumen, high integrity, analytical thinker, and effective communicator.
